I came in for a lamb shank but it wasn’t on the menu. Instead, this grilled spiced lamb shoulder had what they called peach jam but it was just sort of sugar damaged Peach strips that were perfect accompaniment. Also cucumber, rose petal yogurt and a scallion cake ……and a few chickpeas in there to go with my cocktail!
I’d have to say this meal was the best I can remember in a long time out. It was a mass of crazy ingredients in every one of the plates that just harmonized beautifully and woke your palate up with every bite.
